Austin Healey are having a birthday party at Beaulieu to celebrate the 50 years of achievements that have made the Big Healey, as it is affectionately known, the most charismatic icon of the period.

The Austin Healey 3000 became the most successful rally car ever and its success in international rallies brought with it an aura of rugged, sometimes brutish, power and reliability that still lives on today.

Nearly 90% all Austin Healey 3000s produced were sold abroad (75% of them going to the USA alone) and if the rest of our car industry had emulated that, what a car industry we would still have.

Throughout the year the Austin Healey Club will be holding celebratory events in various regions of Great Britain.
